My stay at The Manor at Sway was a mixed experience. The rooms were very pleasant with an extremely comfortable bed which was much appreciated as I was suffering from a bad back. However, they were a bit on the chilly side. I did like the REN toiletries, decent tea and coffee, and the proper blackout curtains. Having a fan in the room was a nice touch.

The staff at The Manor at Sway were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They dealt well with a high number of complaints about the ox-cheek disaster, although they took quite some time to open the bar despite the staff being present behind the bar. The laundry service was efficient, and the welcome drink was a nice gesture.

The location of the hotel was well laid out with good views over the garden. The surroundings are amazing, and the staff are lovely, helpful, and welcoming. I had an excellent evening meal during my stay. It is important to note that the area is known to be expensive with limited dining options, but it is near everything you need in the New Forest and close to the station. It's in a quiet village, making it an easy place from which to explore The Forest.
